How does Homer fetch manuals and other information about my stuff?

When you enter a brand and a model number for an appliance or other relevant item, Homer offers to find the manual and other relevant and helpful information about that item. We upload what we find to Homer, so that you as a homeowner have access to all the right information when you need it. 

We like to call it AutoMagic - we try to give you a magical experience, automatically. 

This is how it works:

1. We try to automatically match brand and model name/number with our large database of existing products, for which we already have saved the owner's manual. If we do find a match, we upload it immediately. This experience can supply you with a manual in seconds. Magic!
